Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SetPR: the iPhone app and the getsetpr.com website (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission to buy a subscription. You need an account to use most features. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure. One account works across the web and the app; the same subscription entitlement follows your account on both.

2. Subscriptions and billing

SetPR offers auto-renewing subscriptions. Web pricing is $3.99/month or $39.99/year; in-app pricing is shown in the App Store and may differ.
Free trial. New web subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged if you cancel before the trial ends; otherwise the first charge is taken when it ends. One trial per account.
Automatic renewal. Web subscriptions are billed by Stripe through RevenueCat and renew automatically at the then-current price at the end of each period ($3.99 every month, or $39.99 every year) until you cancel. We will tell you before any price change takes effect on your subscription.
Cancelling. Cancel anytime online from your account page, with no need to contact us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
In-app purchases are billed by Apple and managed in your Apple subscription settings, subject to Apple’s terms.
A subscription bought on either surface unlocks the same features on both. You do not need to pay twice. If you are already subscribed, we will tell you rather than charge you again.

3. Refunds

Web subscription refunds are handled by us and Stripe; contact support@getsetpr.com. In-app purchase refunds are handled by Apple. When a subscription is refunded or lapses, the associated access is removed.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no reverse engineering, no automated abuse, no attempts to break our rate limits or access other users’ data. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Health disclaimer

SetPR provides fitness and nutrition information for general educational purposes. It is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any training or nutrition program, especially if you have a health condition.

6. Content and license

You own the data you enter. You grant us the license needed to operate the Service (storing and processing your data to provide coaching and sync). We own the Service itself and its software.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, SetPR is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the Service or these Terms; material changes will be posted here. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
