SetPR (“SetPR,” “we,” “us”) makes an AI strength and nutrition coaching app for iPhone and this website at getsetpr.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to both the app and the website, including web subscriptions.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you create an account (in the app or on the web) we store your email address and an account identifier. If you sign in with Apple, we receive the identifier Apple provides and, if you allow it, your name and a relay email address.
- Training and nutrition data. Workouts, sets, personal records, body metrics you enter, meals, and food logs, including photos you choose to scan.
- Subscription information. Whether you have an active subscription and its status. Payments on the web are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) through RevenueCat; payments in the app are processed by Apple. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Usage analytics (iPhone app). Product events such as app opens and which features are used, sent to PostHog, so we can see what is working. We do not record your screen: session replay is not enabled.
- Crash reports (iPhone app). Technical details of crashes and errors, sent to Sentry, configured not to include personal information.
The website
getsetpr.com runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and records no session replays. It sets only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page makes no request to Google or any other font service.
How we use your information
- To provide coaching, generate splits, and calculate nutrition using USDA food data.
- To create and manage your account and your subscription entitlement.
- To sync your subscription across the web and the app under one account.
- To provide support and to secure the service against abuse.
Service providers
We share the minimum necessary data with providers that operate the service on our behalf:
- Supabase: accounts, authentication, and data storage.
- RevenueCat: subscription and entitlement management.
- Stripe: web payment processing.
- Apple: Sign in with Apple and in-app purchases.
- Anthropic: AI model provider for coaching text and photo food scans.
- PostHog: product analytics in the iPhone app.
- Sentry: crash and error reporting in the iPhone app.
- Vercel: hosting for this website.
These providers act as processors and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
AI features
Coaching text and photo food-scans are processed by our AI model provider (Anthropic) to generate responses. All numeric training and nutrition decisions are computed by our own deterministic engine. The AI writes language, it does not invent your numbers.
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the app or by contacting us; we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise them, email privacy@getsetpr.com.
Children
SetPR is a general-audience fitness app and is not directed to children. You must be 13 or older to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us data, email privacy@getsetpr.com and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
