Questions, answered.
Pricing, web versus App Store, cancelling, and how a subscription reaches the app. Can’t find it here? Ask us. A human replies.
What does SetPR Pro cost?
$3.99 a month or $39.99 a year. The annual plan saves you 16%, about $7.89 a year. See pricing.
Should I subscribe on the web or in the app?
Either works, and one subscription covers both. The web is cheaper because Apple doesn’t take a cut. Whichever you pick, your Pro access follows your account.
I subscribed on the web. How do I get Pro in the app?
Sign into the iPhone app with the same account you subscribed with. That’s it. Pro unlocks automatically on launch. There’s no code to enter and no “restore purchase” tap.
I already subscribe through the App Store. Do I need to buy again?
No. You already have Pro everywhere. We’ll never show you a buy button while your subscription is active. If you see one, contact us before paying.
How do I cancel?
If you subscribed on the web, cancel from your account page. If you subscribed in the app, cancel through Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Either way you keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Every workout, set and PR you’ve logged stays in your account. The app simply returns to the free tier. Resubscribe any time and Pro features come straight back.
Can I get a refund?
Email us at support@getsetpr.com and we’ll sort it out. App Store purchases are refunded by Apple directly, since Apple handles that billing.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Your account is what links your subscription, your history and your coaching across the web and your iPhone. You can sign in with your email or with Apple.
Is the web account the same as my app account?
It’s the same account. Sign in with the same email (or the same Apple ID) and you land on the same profile, the same history, and the same subscription.
What do I get with Pro?
The AI coach and its adaptive weekly programming, AI-generated splits, nutrition tracking against USDA food data, AI photo food scans, and unlimited progress history.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. SetPR is iPhone-only today.
Where does the nutrition data come from?
USDA FoodData Central: real, sourced macros rather than crowd-sourced guesses. Photo scans use AI to identify the food, then pull the numbers from that database.
